Rise Church contacted Equip Studio to help explore ways to expand their existing cramped facility. Through the integrated conceptual design process, the team identified an expansion to the children's facility would be the most effective method for the church to move their facility forward. I was tasked with developing the exterior form and identity based on the conceptual floor plans the team had developed with the church, then producing the final concept images for the church to present to their congregation.

The church was interested in presenting a more contemporary face for their campus, and emphasize their dedication to children's ministry. We accomplished this by expressing a box on the second floor of the main facade for the interior playground area, with a large corner section of storefront glass. The remainder of the facade was composed with varying types of metal panel and anchored with variegated CMU block towers.
